Dr Antje Aschendorf
Director of Cochlear Implant Programme, University of Freiburg, Germany
Dr Cor Cremers
Emeritus professor of ENT-Otology, Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Prof Cremers is well known for his contributions to the field of genetic deafness, congenital atresia and middle ear anomalies. He made pioneering contributions with passive and active otologic implants in Bone anchored hearing aids and Soundbridge implementation. At present he is a Medical Consultant to the Oticon Medical Company. He ran the Nijmegen Annual Course in Ear Surgery for over 30 years. He maintains the Nijmegen Offerman Temporal Dissection Collection, from which he plans on bringing paediatric specimens to Toronto for demonstration.
Dr Robert O’Reilly
Division Chief of Paediatric Otolaryngology and Director of the Pediatric Balance and Vestibular Disorders Laboratory, Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, Wilmington, Delaware, USA and Professor of Pediatrics and Otolaryngology at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr O'Reilly is a full-time pediatric neurotologic surgeon who completed a fellowship in neurotology at the University of Pittsburgh. His current research includes assessment of static and dynamic balance in pediatric vestibulopathy, the role of gastroesophageal reflux disease in otitis media and techniques of prevention of pediatric ototoxicity. He is a winner of the Triological Society's Mosher Award for clinical research.
